UV-E typically has about four home games a year. If the cost was truly $20 per home game ($80 for the season), do you think it would have rescheduled games to Saturday for such a meager amount of savings?

Gives most parents who work during the day the opportunity to watch their children play. Also most school lights only cost $20.00 a night to run, and sports budgets have been cut enough around here.

The night games started in the south because of the heat during the day. To continue having night games while undergoing budget cuts is not too cool. All UVE home games games are in the daytime this year because of that. Maybe other schools should follow suit. What I miss though are the 10:30 AM Thanksgiving Day games. Would like to see them come back. Only a few schools still do that in the area.
