and employees were allowed to even enter this event!!
I have never heard of a business allowing employees to
enter a contest. I and several other community members
would like to know when the money the SPCA has received
from the community will go towards SNOOP instead of just keeping it in the shelter’s bank account. I know
as a fact that they have raised money for this program
and have not spayed or neutered any animals.
