		<description><![CDATA[Ironically we were just discussing the same thing in my English class at Morrisville on the same day you originally posted this.  I had made the comment that grammar as we were taught in school seems to have gone to the wayside and I truly feel this has effected the level of readers, writers and so on today.  My teacher argued that grammar was a waste of time that should instead be spent teaching children to become avid readers.  I disagree strongly; without a firm basis children grow up to be adults who not only cannot write properly, but rarely speak properly and yet this has become the widely accepted norm.  
Today I brought in a printout of your blog to show to the teacher.  She proceeded to correct your grammar and hand it back to me.  I have a copy if you&#039;d like! (If you want to know who it was-- a hint: we had her husband for English in Middle School!!)  Just thought I&#039;d share...]]></description>
