I cannot function if I don’t have yogurt, but lately, it’s been worse. If I do not have yogurt, I feel that I simply cannot eat anything else. I make sure to always keep my refrigerator stocked plentifully with my favorite vanilla yogurt. If I have strawberry yogurt or peach yogurt, it will ruin my day.
