I entered the Oxford High School in 10th grade and graduated in 1994. I thought that the history that the school had was amazing and that we still had one of the orginal buildings. When I found out that they are going to demolition a wing of it, it will be like putting a whole in the heart of the community. Taking away even a part of that building is taking away the history away.

Oxford was the first school of a very long list of schools that I attended that made me feel like I was finally home.

My opinion may not count but as a former Oxford Citizen I believe that destroying a Historic Landmark is the worse thing to do.
