All to many times RN's and CNA's get verbally and physicaly abused in nursing homes by elderly people disabled or not. They basiclly have no rights as employees. They come home bruised and assaulted, sexually and mentally. Its about time the system looked after the professionals in the health care field I side with the female victim in this case.
