You only slow down with age if you honestly believe you’re supposed to. So rage, pal. You’re as young as you feel. It’s absolute fact. So if you’re not having fun the solution is simple. Decide to have fun. Make it your deliberate intention to enjoy every day on the planet. Even when you’re doing things you don’t necessarily want to be doing, find a way to have fun with them and get them out of the way so you can go and do something even more fun.

It’s all up to you. Age is nothing but a number, and a meaningless one at that.

I know, I’m disgustingly happy. But I like it that way. =)
