		<description>I love spring, too.  The flood warnings haven't bugged me (I'm in Cortland County now, but Chenango's in my heart--and we get the warnings constantly here, too.)  But you do make an excellent point.  Maybe they should take a page from Homeland Security and color code them.  Flooded cow pastures are yellow, flooded roads, orange, and when it gets to threatening homes, it could be red.

But back to spring. Yesterday I got my bike out.  Flowers are peeking up from the mud.  The sun is shining.  So I think I'll just ignore the flood warnings and smile.</description>
